Area InCharge - Bancassurance

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Understand the key priorities and plans for the organization & develop business.
• Establish & develop relationships with Banks.
• Provide end-to-end solutions to Banca partners, ensuring that service level commitments are met.
• Responsible for achieving the top line targets through bancassurance partners.
• Stay up to date with the market and manage relationships with potential partners for future
• acquisition.
• Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling, & provide value addition to the Banca partners.
• Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business.
• Managing all Bank tie-up branches of the territory.
• Team development, management, monitoring the productivity, performance tracking of team members.
• Arranging and coordinating for training programs for bank employees & internal team
