Job Description

Job Title: BHEL Resident Engineer
Vacancies: 6 (1 per each location).
Location: New Delhi, Trichy, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Jhansi, Ranipet.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Installation of Printers
• Configuration of the device in network
• Follow-up with OEM /Future team for consumables and spares
• Internally interact with client team for any job-related clarifications
• Payment follow-up with client

Skill & Qualifications Required
• Diploma Holders or Graduates from Mechanical, Electronics, Electricals, Information Technology
and Computer Science or General Science disciplines. • CompTIA A+ & N+ Certification / Course Completion.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in providing desktop / printer support services to over
200+ users.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Quick learner.
• Leadership qualities.
• Interpersonal and client relationship skills.
