FusionStays is a Online portal for Homestay booking in Offbeat tourism destinations. We manually verify homestays for quality assurance and list them into our website. We are headquartered in Kolkata, Saltlake Sec V and we have been incubated by Nasscom 10k Startup program and aslo ISI Kolkata Startup Incubation Program. The business is bootstrapped and profitable with organic revenue.
1. Digital Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms in different formats like image banners, videos, and ad content.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trending topics and create content that resonates with our target audience. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry. Analyze competitor strategies and provide insights to enhance our marketing efforts.
4. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including remarketing, promotions, and special offers. Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
5. Customer Engagement: Help manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers and responding to queries on social media. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and marketing strategies.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech in computer science/IT, BCA, and an MBA in marketing
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software
5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Prior experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
