FusionStays is a travel startup based in Kolkata that aims to revolutionize offbeat travel in India. By standardizing the offbeat destination booking process, FusionStays aims to make it easy for travelers and homestay owners, while also addressing the unorganized nature of the offbeat travel market.

This is a full-time work from office role for Business Development Associate at FusionStays. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include communication with the prospects and assisting them to plan their trips. They will also be responsible for revenue target.

1. Proven track record of target based sales roles in fast paced Startups

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

3. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

4. Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
