Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to design and build cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will leverage Flutter's powerful widget system to create scalable and responsive apps while adhering to high coding standards. As a Full Stack Developer, you should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, be familiar with third-party libraries, and thrive in agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build sophisticated, scalable applications using Flutter.
• Develop custom packages in Flutter using APIs and functionalities already available in native Android and iOS.
• Translate wireframes and design concepts into responsive, high-quality UI code.
• Explore and implement feasible architectures for new features.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, while recommending and implementing new features.
• Optimize app performance with space and time-efficient data structures.
• Follow and promote best practices in app development, ensuring well-structured and documented code.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.
• Maintain project integrity by managing the codebase with Git.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines during app development.
• Conduct time profiling and memory leak assessments.
• Write and execute tests for the app to maintain quality.

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience with Flutter and cross-platform app development.
• Hands-on expertise in Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android and iOS.
• Familiarity with Material Design Guidelines.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Knowledge of at least one native language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Swift) to build custom Flutter packages.

Key Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or IT
• 2-5 years of professional experience in app development.
• Expertise in integrating third-party libraries and services.
• Passionate about building robust systems engineered to handle failure scenarios.
• Strong communication and planning skills, particularly for release preparation.
