Total yrs of Experience 8-10 Relevant yrs of experience 8-10 Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) 1-Possess expertise in one or more functional areas such as Governance Audit, Real Estate or Legal Integrity.2-Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and internal control standards.3-Proven experience in real estate management, including lease negotiation and facility management.4-Indepth knowledge of legal and regulatory landscape, including contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy.5-Knowledge of IT Security aspects towards key areas like Cloud Computing, Cyber Risks, Network Security, database management systems, SDLC, IT general controls ITGC, COBIT, COSO 2013 Mandatory skills 1-Work on client assignments, typically large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor and or as a lead of junior consultants.

Document business processes of systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.

Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders in preparing Product Backlog items.
