Total Experience 6-8 Years Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills
,- Minimum of 4 years of JAVA 8 and Spring Boot framework development experience
- Min of 4 years of working experience with REST APIs
- Min of 2 years of working experience in microservices development using springboot
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Experience working in DEVOPS model
- Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- All of above Mandatory Skills is required for development
- Technical Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for resolving technical issues that the offshore team encounters. Help troubleshoot and find solutions efficiently.
- Code Quality: Ensure that the codebase adheres to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Technical Decision Making: Collaborate with the offshore team to make informed technical decisions, such as choosing appropriate technologies and architectural patterns for projects.
