",- Proficiency in SQL Server administration.
- Knowledge of high availability options (clustering, replication, etc.).
- Install and configure new Microsoft SQL Servers.
- Optimize queries, stored procedures, and server performance
- Experience with index management, statistics, and backups
- Establish monitoring, backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- Check backup failure alerts, correct errors, and rerun backups
- Maintain and troubleshoot various high availability/DR techniques
- Work effectively with application development and IT operations teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Passion for database administration and continuous learning
