Automation testing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Test Strategy: Work closely with the QA and development teams to develop a robust test strategy, including identifying areas for automation.
Test Execution: Execute automated tests on web, mobile, and desktop applications to validate functional, regression, and performance aspects.
Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify defects during testing, document detailed bug reports, and track defect status through to resolution.
Test Documentation: Write and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Continuous Integration (CI): Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support faster release cycles.
Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to understand requirements and to improve product quality.
Performance Testing: If applicable, work with performance testing tools to assess system load and scalability.
