Job Description

No of years experience 5 Plus years experience in to Jira Admin/Developer Detailed job description - Skill Set: JD: This position requires experience with the Atlassian Cloud products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Compass, Jira Align, Jira Work Management, Guard, Status Page, etc. Our ideal candidate must have an engineering mindset, Security and Compliance focus, Scripting/Config skills and problem-solving ability along with exhibiting a can-do attitude and approach their work with ability to own and deliver technical solutions for the Atlassian eco system at State Street. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring, customizing, and maintaining State Streets Atlassian Cloud tenant including the Atlassian applications, such as Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Jira Service Management, Compass, Guard-Premium, Status Page, Analytics and related plugins.
Management tickets in a timely manner including contributing to the development and delivery of user training sessions tailored for the Atlassian Cloud platform.
Work on integrating Atlassian Cloud tools with other applications and services as required (e.g. DevOps tools).
Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures, ensuring Atlassian tools comply with relevant security policies and standards.
Create and maintain documentation related to Atlassian configurations, processes, and procedures.
Monitor system performance, track usage metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Use test driven development to create test cases (e.g. using Xray) to validate changes being made to the platform and assist other users with their usage of Xray
Create automated processes using Atlassian automation and/or other automation technologies (e.g. Atlassian Forge, Power Automate) to manage the platform via automation/APIs rather than just manually through the Administration User Interface Mandatory Skills Mandatory Skill set required: Jira Admin/Developer
