Job Description
- 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in an enterprise using Salesforce. Exposure to integrations and lightning is a must
- Independently work on requirement and impact analysis, come up with design solutions, programming, testing, deployment.
- Collaborate with Client Tech. Leads/Architects on requirement understanding, design, code walkthrough and reviews.
- Participate in daily Scrum stand up calls provided status and proactively highlight issues & impediments.
- Proactive communication & dialogue with Infosys team & Client stakeholders on design suggestions, requirement misses, etc.
- Guide, mentor and review junior resources deliverables
- Clear & articulate communication skills, proactive status reporting
- Willingness to work and support project in 2nd shift timings, i.e., 2pm 11pm IST.
- Understand scrum and Safe Agile practices & processes.
- Work closely with onshore leads on sprint, release schedule & planning.
