Urgent Opening For Sales (Solar Rooftop Equipment Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate leads and develop client relationships for solar rooftop finance.
• Promote and present financial products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Achieve month-on-month sales volume targets for the assigned area, cluster, or region.

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance and market conditions.

• Client Management:
• Provide customized financial solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work with marketing, credit, and risk teams to implement sales campaigns and process applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and installers for project execution.

• Training & Development:
• Participate in training programs and mentor junior sales staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in financial services, preferably in solar or renewable energy finance.
• Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems and financing options or equipment finance.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
