Role & responsibilities

Maintaining daily banking and combine report of allocated branches which contains verifying following data on daily basis:

Total collections during the day

Amount deposited in their respective bank accounts

Loan disbursements during the day

Cash withdrawals from bank account for disbursements and other branch related expenses. LPF & Insurance collected

Cash given to other branch for disbursement

NEFT Return of member paid in cash

Daily cash hold of the branches

Bank Reconciliation of allocated branches

Reconciling branch portfolio of the respective branches

Co-ordination with branch staff for rectification / clarification for reconciliation items / rectification of entries

Preferred candidate profile

Accounting Fundamentals should be clear.

MS Office knowledge

Tally Knowledge

Qualifications B.COM

Experience 1-2 Years
