Digital Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Lead client discussions and support the team in planning and executing campaigns & digital marketing related tasks effectively.
• Ensure timely submission of important projects and documents, including content delivers, social media post, media plans and reports.
• Provide support in communication activities to exceed customers needs and requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships, acting as the point person for every project
• Implement campaign planning and monitor campaign performance success.
• Ensuring quality deliverables with proper quality checks
• Provide strategic direction to accounts, identifying appropriate programs and services to meet client needs.
• Utilize internal tools to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance.
• Apply market and consumer insights to help shape campaign strategies and execution direction.
• Serve as the custodian of the media & content plan and post-analysis.

Skills:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management for all forms of digital marketing, or project management.
• Deep understanding of tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Successful track record of building relationships and managing client engagements
• Strong customer service outlook with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of customers needs, requirements, and organizational structures.
• Strong business, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to create and administer complex campaign schedules communicated in a straightforward and digestible manner.
• Knowledge of the online advertising industry and other media platforms.
• Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimization.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with knowledge of ad industry measurement tools.
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.
