Artist - Relation

We are looking for an individual who has a sharp understanding of Branding and a critical, creative outlook and passion for music. We need someone with vision, strategy, and the ability to shape artist identities, scout new talent through thorough research and understanding of the requirements. An individual with good verbal and written communication skill. This could be an opportunity to collaborate with world renowned musical instrument brands and to work with renowned artists.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with our current artist roster.
2. Scout and onboard exciting new artists.
3. Negotiate terms and contracts, including expectations, deliverables, and logistical requirements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, providing support and assistance throughout the duration of their contract. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
5. Work closely with Content Manager and Brand Managers from strategizing to implementation.

Stay on top of industry trends and emerging talent to identify potential opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.
