Responsibilities:

• New Category Launches:
• Develop and implement processes for launching new product categories, such as home decor, Lighting etc..
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Operational Optimization:
• Evaluate and optimize storage solutions at retail stores for efficient inventory management.
• Establish and improve vendor processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Data Analysis:
• Monitor online trends and customer preferences to inform product selection and marketing strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve decision-making processes.
• Competitor Benchmarking:
• Conduct thorough competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze competitor product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement tactics.

• Project Management:
