Responsble for Sourcng Business of Property Loans Home Loan and Secured Business Loan.Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, networking, and partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and other relevant stakeholders. Generate leads and convert them into potential loan applications. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Manage client expectations and ensure a smooth and efficient loan experience. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and application processing to loan approval and disbursement. Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure timely processing of loan applications. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to loan sales and documentation. Ensure all loan applications are complete and accurate, with proper documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market trends to the reporting manager. Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
