Job Description
- Lead and drive analysis and design workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Develop and execute Go-Live Cutover plans, ensuring smooth transitions during project rollouts.
- Work on large-scale rollout projects, ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics AX (2009/2012) and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).
- Provide expertise in finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Bank Management.
- Evaluate finance processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to implement tailored solutions.
- Manage and guide offshore Finance Functional Consultants to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
- Execute all phases of implementation projects, including requirement gathering, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDD), Fit-Gap Analysis, and Training Guides.
- Exhibit excellent customer-facing skills, maintaining effective communication across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in senior Finance Functional consulting within Dynamics AX2009, AX2012, or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).
- Proven experience working on large-scale rollout projects.
- Strong expertise in finance modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Bank Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analysis and design workshops with business users.
- Hands-on experience with Go-Live Cutover planning and execution.
- Proven capability to evaluate and recommend improvements for finance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading and managing offshore functional teams.
- Skilled in preparing comprehensive documentation such as FDD, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Training Materials.
- Familiarity with all phases of implementation projects, including requirement gathering, CRP, UAT, Go-Live, and support.
