Functional Consultant - SAP Treasury Module (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Incident Management : Handle escalated incidents and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP Treasury, including Cash Management, Bank Account Management, EBS, and Multi-Bank Connectivity.

- Client Interaction : Work directly with clients to understand their challenges, provide functional guidance, and ensure timely issue resolution.

- System Configuration : Provide expertise in the configuration and optimization of SAP Treasury solutions, specifically focusing on Cash Management and related areas.

- Process Improvement : Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements in Treasury-related functionalities, focusing on efficiency and automation.

- Collaboration : Work closely with SAP technical teams to coordinate and implement system changes, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.

- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, configurations, and best practices.

- Training & Knowledge Transfer : Provide training to end-users as needed and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
