Algonox - Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js (5-10 yrs)

Job Title : Full stack engineer.

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Hyderabad.

Must have Skillsets :

- ReactJs.

- Nodejs.

- AWS.

- AWS API.

- Python/etc ingestion knowledge.

- PLG (Product-led growth) methodology knowledge.

- CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable front-end web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.,AWS, AWS API,Python , PLG and CRM is an added advantage.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process.

- Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive UI components that deliver a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.

- Optimize UI performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, and overall application efficiency.

- Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and development processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and maintaining a comprehensive record of the system architecture.

- Provide technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues reported by users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

- Stay updated with the latest JavaScript, React.js, and UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the product remains cutting-edge and user-centric.

Requirements :

- Proven experience (4+ years) as a JavaScript and React.js Developer, with a strong focus on UI/UX design and development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks, including MUI and React.js.

- Experience with UI design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing REST API-based containerized microservices in cloud environments.

- Exposure to backend development, particularly working with REST API and Python.

- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and usability.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
