About the Job:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining web applications from front-end interfaces to robust back-end systems. With expertise in CorePHP, Laravel, and front-end technologies, you ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using CorePHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS.
Build and optimize user-friendly, responsive interfaces using modern front-end frameworks, including Bootstrap and CSS3.
Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both front-end and back-end development.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage database architecture and queries, ensuring optimal performance using MySQL.
Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical challenges.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve processes and applications.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Think critically about business requirements, offering technical solutions that align with broader business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (back-end and front-end).
Strong expertise in CorePHP, Laravel, and database management with MySQL.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Strong knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimization, and scalable systems.
Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance.
Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset to align technical solutions with company goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ReactJS or similar front-end libraries (optional but preferred).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
