Job Description

Particle41 is seeking a skilled and versatile developer to join our dynamic team, proficient in both the Netsuite SuiteCommerce ecosystem and the .NET framework. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs. This is a unique opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end technologies, leverage cutting-edge tools, and contribute to impactful projects while advancing your technical expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In This Role, You Will: Software Development:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using both the Netsuite SuiteCommerce and .NET frameworks.
Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side logic using tools like C#, VB.NET, and SuiteCommerce frameworks.
Develop APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with industry best practices.
Leverage modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, AngularJS, or ReactJS for enhanced user experiences.
Optimize application performance through caching, indexing, and code refactoring.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and product managers to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations to align technical implementations with business objectives.

Agile Development:

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced development environment.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Write and execute comprehensive test plans, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Collaborate with QA teams to automate testing and enhance test coverage.
Perform rigorous debugging to identify and resolve software issues, bottlenecks, and performance inefficiencies.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze algorithms, database queries, and code to identify and address inefficiencies.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes and server configurations for scalability.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in both Netsuite SuiteCommerce and .NET ecosystems.
Propose innovative solutions to improve software performance, security, and scalability.
Actively participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience We Value:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years in software development, with proficiency in both Netsuite SuiteCommerce and the .NET framework.
Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, or TypeScript).
Database Expertise: Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL alternatives like MongoDB.
APIs and Integration: Expertise in building and documenting APIs with authentication protocols like OAuth or JWT.
Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and tools.
