Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience to design and develop scalable web applications, leveraging expertise in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Express.js, and Git. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving development initiatives, architecting robust solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
? Optimize databases and manage queries with PostgreSQL.
? Develop robust APIs using Express.js.
? Implement and maintain version control processes using Git.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
? Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions. Required Skills:
? Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Express.js, and Git.
? Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and scalable web architecture.
? Proven ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
? Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
? A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
