Full Stack Developer - AVP

Role Description

• In order to support various application and tools, an experienced Full Stack developer is needed
• Developer is building block of team and key contributor towards delivering business needs.
• Full Stack developer bring their rich experience and knowledge to design and development of achieve target goals with strong collaboration with other team members.
• The candidate takes responsibility and ownership of designs and develops application code, writing SQLs scripts, testing, support, deployment
• The candidate will response to business problems and should participate as part of a team on development, testing and support related work.

Your key responsibilities
• Perform Analysis, Design, Development, Unit Testing, SIT/UAT Support, Deployment, L3 support tasks.
• Development of quality source code for front to back software components (e.g., Java, React, backend, Structured Query Language (Oracle / Postgres)
• Design E2E solution with all possible options and its pros and cons
• Understand functional/technical/non-functional requirements.
• Integrates software components following the integration strategy, and verify integrated software components by unit and integrated software testing
• Take accountability and ownership of developed code and deliverables
• Integrate, deploy, maintain, and improve software
• Perform peer code review
• Supports release deployments into controlled environments, while creating, building, and deploying in the microservice architecture on a cloud environment
• Actively participate into the agile activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up/scrum meeting
• Participate in business requirements and contribute materially to the development of functional design
• Apply continuous integration best practices in general ( build automation, unit testing, dependency management)
• Collaborate with other squad members to achieve the Squad/Sprint objectives
• Report progress/update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Manage individual task priorities and deliverables
• Support the PM, ITAO, PO, Analyst and Scrum Master
• Participate in DR activities

Your skills and experience

Relevant Experience 6 to 10 Years

• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience of various technologies under Full Stack includes Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Java Caching mechanism, Oracle
• Good understanding of web technologies, frameworks and tools, for example: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, Bootstrap, React, Node.js
• Experience using the Git version control system, Jenkins, Nexus and Sonar, Veracode
• Good knowledge of Microservice architecture
• Writing complex SQLs / PLSQLs in Oracle database
• Worked on at least two complex project E2E
• Java experience using Java 8 or 11
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong Learning Capabilities and adopt new technologies
• Proficiency in working with global and local teams, working in a collaborative agile environment.
• Flexible to work / switch on multiple technologies as project demands
• Good to have knowledge of Cloud environment and GCP services
• Relevant experience working in Agile/Scrum process
• Exposure to Python and monitoring tools e.g. Contraol-M, Autosys, Geneos would be a big plus
• Ready to work under high pressure environment to achieve target timelines
• Ready to work for extended hours, if needed.
