We are looking for a Platform Delivery and Enablement Manager to drive the seamless deployment, integration, and adoption of our platform solutions for clients.
This role combines technical expertise, project management, and client interaction, focusing on delivering scalable, efficient, and user-friendly platform rollouts.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful transitions from implementation to full operational use.
Your role :
- Lead End-to-End Implementation & Rollout : Oversee platform setup, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment, ensuring solutions meet client-specific requirements and timelines.
- Project Management : Create and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Training & Adoption : Develop training resources, conduct end-user sessions, and drive adoption to maximize the value of the platform.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement best practices for efficient and scalable platform delivery while documenting lessons learned and optimizing workflows.
Your Skills and Experience :
- Technical Skills : Expertise in platform-based solutions, system integrations, APIs, and data migration. Familiarity with cloud-based systems, IT infrastructure, and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Project Management : Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple implementations and rollouts. PMP, Agile, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to manage client relationships and align cross-functional teams.
- Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with 5+ years in platform implementation or rollout roles.
