Job Description
- Position: Team LeadPosition Overview :We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Power Apps, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and communications mining
- The candidate should have 8 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, driving project success, and fostering innovation within our organization
- Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the development and implementation of Power Apps and IDP solutions
- Oversee the execution of communications mining projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Develop and design/ integrations and problem solving like performance/ low level design
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
- Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in a relevant role, with a focus on Power Apps, IDP, and communications mining
- Willing to visit or travel to office Daily/ once a week, 8 days a month, twice weekly preferably considering
- Immediate joiners to work at the earliest
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.
