SAP QM / PM Manager

The role of the SAP Quality Management (QM)/ Plant Maintenance (PM) Manager is responsible for the configuration of SAP Quality Management ah Plant Maintenance area to meet the business requirement to enhance the quality management processes. Designing and Configuring of Supply Chain Management and production support in SCM functional area to implement the QM solution.

Coordinate and manage and ensure high quality from 3rd party (AMS) companies.

Responsibilities:

• Act as part of the global S/4 HANA project team for template build and roll-out
• Plan and coordinate global roll-out with focus on QM and PM with integration to MM, PP/PI, and Product Compliance (EH&S)
• Plan and conduct workshops for integration architecture and identification of interface needs.
• Integrate SAP MM and QM with other SAP modules and external systems, for instance LIMS and PLM solutions.
• Identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with functional peers and subject matter experts for validation of test results
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM and QM solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Manages offshore integration developers and/or work efforts with 3rd party AMS provider.
• Communicating effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and often remotely across diverse geographical locations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM and QM modules
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and implementation processes.
• Experience with SAP integration and data migration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 8-10 year work experience.
