Looking for Web Operations Specialist - Shopify with Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Shopify platform and administration software (e.g., Shopify Admin, Shopify Plus, Shopify Flow).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing website content and structure.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
Shopify certification(s) and/or relevant industry certifications are desirable but not required.
A passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations

Utilize administration software to configure and customize Shopify websites according to client specifications and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to implement website enhancements and updates.
Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing updates within the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Implement SEO best practices and optimize website content for improved search engine visibility and ranking.
Assist in the setup and integration of third-party applications and plugins to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in e-commerce technology, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on Shopify platform functionality and features.
Maintain documentation of website configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline website management tasks.
