Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development: train, and develop teachers for the assigned cluster. Guide teachers through role-playing and class demonstrations. Provide continuous training for personal and professional growth. Develop a quarterly training plan to enhance daily teaching practices. Ensure teacher availability and continuity as per the schedule. Arrange substitutes when necessary and ensure they are prepared for lessons. Drive team confidence, morale, and motivation.
2. Curriculum & Lesson Supervision: Manage book inventory and evolve the curriculum to meet educational standards. Supervise lesson planning and ensure high-quality lesson delivery. Monitor teachers' lessons daily and maintain reports in the Daily Observation Plan folder. Work closely with the content team for content creation and monitoring.
3. Student Development & Engagement: Track outstanding students and execute communication plans with parents for further development. Identify weak students and implement special sessions to help them improve and stay motivated. Supervise student assessments and ensure timely paperwork updates on a fortnightly basis.
4. Performance & Event Management: Oversee the organization of performances and concerts. Ensure teachers are well-prepared for recitals and provide on-ground support during preparations. Explore creative ways to enhance students' musical journey within FSM.
5. Communication & Coordination: Supervise monthly communication with parents and school principals. Manage relationships with school principals and coordinators, providing updates and gathering feedback. Attend official meetings and school visits while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Lead by example by conducting classes or sections during school visits to inspire teachers.
6. Reporting & Process Management: Prepare monthly reports on student base, growth, renewals, dropouts, new initiatives, and training conducted. Oversee the implementation of daily processes across all teachers. Ensure effective execution of FSM's vertical strategies through innovation and creative methodologies.
7. Leadership & Team Management: Hire and recruit the best talent for FSMs teaching vertical. Provide mentorship, leadership, and motivation to ensure teacher effectiveness.
