- As an Executive Front Desk professional -your role would involve managing the reception area and providing administrative support to executives and visitors
- Here's an overview of the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the role:Reception and Guest Services: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel
- As an Executive Front Desk professional, you would create a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring visitors receive a positive first impression of the company
- Appointment and Meeting Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for executives
- This includes managing calendars, sending meeting invites, and ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared with necessary equipment and materials
- Travel and Logistics: Assisting executives with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services
- You would also handle travel itineraries, expense reports, and reimbursements as needed
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to executives, such as handling correspondence, managing emails, drafting documents, and maintaining files and records
- You may also assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as required
- Visitor Management: Monitoring and managing visitor access to the premises, including issuing visitor badges, coordinating with security personnel, and ensuring compliance with access control policies and procedures
