- Qualifications : Bachelor s / Master degree
- Total Experience: Minimum 7 years in the Real Estate industry.
- Team Management: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Proficiency in pre-sales software.
- Fluency in English, Tamil. Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
- Location: Chennai
- CTC Rs.4.2 to 5.4 LPA + incentives
- Qualifications : B.Com, MBA
- Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in account taxation.
- Specialist with expertise in direct indirect tax, Strong accounting software, regulatory compliance, bookkeeping processes, TDS, GST, Shop accounting ROC.
- Proficiency in Accounting Softwares.
- Gender Preferences : Male candidates
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
- Location : Chennai
- CTC Rs.5.4 to 6 LPA
- Qualifications : Bachelor s / Master s degree in business marketing.
- Experience : Minimum 8 years in real estate channel partner management, sales or Business development. To lead real estate channel partner strategy, build manage key partners and to drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in Partner relationship Management(PRM) tools.
- Certification in real estate pr channel partner management is an additional advantage.
