Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
- Be heavily involved in the design and development of risk management solutions
- Develop new user-facing features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design user interfaces
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Take charge of programming, further development, and optimization of the features
- Work on the maintenance of software systems and carry-out the development and adhere to DevOps methodologies as part of Risk-IT team
- Integrate the front-end UI with the constructed API
- Adhere to coding best practices and maintain code quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
Job Requriements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Web Front-End development
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Proficient with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
- Extensive experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Good to have some experience with a relevant and globally supported framework both front-end and back-end, if necessary e.g., React, Vue, Laravel, or Flask
- Solid understanding of web design and UX is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, MySQL, Oracle, and structured query language (SQL)
- Prolific experience with design, prototyping, and technical documentation skills
- Fluent in conversational and written English communication
