Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance frontend architectures for web applications.

- Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, integrating them as required.

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure feature alignment and seamless delivery.

- Develop reusable components, tools, and libraries to enhance productivity and maintainability.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality frontend solutions aligned with project goals.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and version control systems like GitHub.

- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 developers.

- Strong understanding of frontend development best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.

- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred).
