About the role :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing accessible, high-performance web applications with an emphasis on modern front-end practices and technologies..

Key Responsibilities::

• Develop user-friendly web pages using Semantic HTML and maintainable, scalable CSS following modular design principles.
• Implement styles using CSS pre-processors such as Sass to ensure efficiency and maintainabilityApply and adhere to scalable CSS architecture methodologies, particularly BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) methodology.
• Develop dynamic, interactive web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Ensure best practice implementation of level AAA WCAG for web accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create and maintain a comprehensive component library using tools like Storybook.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with ASP.NET MVC or similar frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Strong Knowledge of Semantic HTML: Ability to structure content meaningfully and in a way that enhances accessibility.
• CSS Proficiency: Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Sass and familiarity with modular, scalable CSS architecture, especially BEM.
• JavaScript and TypeScript: Strong development skills in modern JavaScript and TypeScript for building interactive web applications.
• Web Accessibility (WCAG Level AAA): Proficiency in implementing accessible web solutions that comply with the highest standards of WCAG.
• Component Libraries: Experience with tools like Storybook or other component libraries for modular development.
• React Experience: Experience with React is preferable.
• Framework Knowledge: Basic understanding of ASP.NET MVC or similar server-side frameworks.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
