Senior Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modular CSS.

- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate UI mockups into functional and visually appealing front-end components.

- Leverage your strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns) to build efficient and maintainable code.

- Utilize state management tools like Redux and build tools like webpack and babel to streamline development processes.

- Possess exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, guiding them through architectural development processes and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating technical concepts and driving consensus on design and development decisions.

- Ensure the security and performance of frontend applications by implementing best practices and utilizing tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, or Grafana.

- Provide oversight and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

- Experience deploying frontend solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in designing and developing highly responsive user interfaces with a focus on seamless product experiences.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies - ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-mocks.

- Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead a team and guide them through architectural development processes.

- Strong understanding of frontend security and performance best practices.

- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
