Front Desk Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To attend calls and transfer the lines in respective department.
• To see whether the daily cleaning is done properly or not.
• To see each and every minute things related to office.
• To see the arrangement of glass of water, tea or coffee is served to the visitors or not.
• To see the phone, photocopy and fax machine are properly worked or not. To call vendors if any problem occurred.
• To take finger swipe of new employees and update in system.
• To get work done by office boy & housekeeping.
• To communicate with our branches and sub brokers for, stationary.
• To receive couriers daily and  do there daily entries in excel worksheet
• To dispatch courier and maintain their daily records
