Role & responsibilities (Preferred Skills)

Linux Server Systems Administration: Proficient in managing and maintaining Linux-based server environments.

Windows Desktop Management: Skilled in deploying and troubleshooting Windows desktop systems.

Database Management (MySQL): Experience in database administration and optimization.

VOIP Technologies (FreePBX, Asterisk): Expertise in configuring and managing VOIP solutions.

OpenVPN Configuration and Management: Hands-on experience in VPN setup and maintenance.

Cloud Services (AWS, Linode): Proficient in cloud platform management and deployment.

Backup & Restore Solutions: Knowledgeable in designing and implementing data backup strategies.

Shell Scripting: Competence in writing and executing basic and advanced shell scripts.

ESPO-CRM Programming and Framework Development: Capable of customizing and developing within ESPO-CRM.

Agile Framework: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and implementation for software projects.
Basic Understanding of Windows Active Directory Services: Familiarity with directory service environments.

Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace: Advanced user of productivity tools for daily operations.

IT Infrastructure and Security:

• Risk Assessment & Security Management: Ability to evaluate risks and implement security measures.
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving IT issues.
• Basic ITIL Operational Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and practices.

Vendor and Software Management:

• Vendor Management: Skilled in coordinating with vendors and managing software services.
