Responsibilities:

1. Working on the incidents received though internal system

2. Ensure the Key Performance Indicators / SLAs set by clients are achieved

3. Should be pro-active enough to understand the key responsibilities

4. Conduct internal quality checks and audits.

Qualification

Bachelors BSC in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, BE Or B.Tech only with Computer Science Background.

Skill Required

1. Excellent comprehension skills

2. Good communication (Written and oral) skills

3. Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)

4. Flexible to work in shifts and 24/7 support

5. Basic Knowledge in Information Security.
