Customer Delight Officer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution
• You need to be creative problem solver, Result Driven individual
• Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving it end to end
• Own Call Quality and CSAT as a primary metric, Productivity and AHT will be guard rail metrics in this role. Hygiene Metrics shall be Actioned Time, AHT, Call disconnection %
• Maintaining an accurate record of all customer issues
• Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions
• Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective customer information

What are we looking for:

• Any Bachelors degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience, we also welcome freshers with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
