Role 1

Job Purpose & Main Accountabilities

Order Processing:

• Ensure Sales Orders process of all divisions for West and South Zones with 100% accuracy and Pack Size.
• Collaboration with Sales Managers and field staff to achieve the business objectives as defined in the TAT.
• To work in closed co-ordination with Finance and Planning to get challenges resolved for clearing orders blocked due to overdue and stock availability

Customer Service:

• Back Order monitoring in co-ordination with the Area Managers, Planning team, Warehouse team on daily basis.
• E-Order reports to be released on daily basis .
• To Prepare MIS reports

Documentation

• Audit Documents compilation

Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate with commerce background
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) & SAP (SD - Module) knowledge
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a sales organization
• Should have a fair understanding of accounting

Role 2

Job Purpose & Main Accountabilities

Customer Appointment

• To ensure 100% dedication in appointing Customer and Ship to code parties in FK books with no deviations as per Check list provided.
• Monthly Customer Data validation reports to be prepared and submitted
• MIS reports to be submitted for Customer appointed every month.

Business Partner Due Diligence

• BPDD compliance 100% with monthly and quarterly review and documented report to be prepared. Review and document CMD changes and BPDD on quarterly basis & Master data annually

Customer Service

• Customer Verification of aa ll active Customers to be done

Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate with commerce background
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) & SAP knowledge (Sales and Distribution)
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a sales organization
• Should have a fair understanding of accounting
