Main Accountabilities:

- Performing inhouse qualitative and quantitative analysis for development trial & stability samples. Participate in development trials to provide relevant support to NPD scientist.

- Drive assessment of analytical data for trial samples & shelf-life study samples. Accordingly support product development scientist in concluding respective trial & stability report.

- Validating and verifying analytical results through calibration and standardization of lab equipments in consultation with product development & quality scientist.

- Maintain & Design SOPs for Laboratory procedures, equipments and inhouse analytical methods in coordination with relevant colleagues at other R&D centers and external partners.

- Be one point of contact to all information & communication related to product analysis which would be performed inhouse or sent to external laboratory.

- Coordinate with vendors on need basis for issues related to equipments and calibration requirement as per define frequency or need basis.

- Work closely with global analytical team to liaise with inhouse methods and further strengthen analytical workstream in EN R&D India.

- Proper recording & maintenance of trial & analytics documents as per agreed ways of working.

- Participate in developments and the selection of new raw materials.

qualifications, capabilities

University degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology/Food Engineering/ Chemical engineering.

0-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in global FMCG, Food or Dairy industry. (Prefer candidate with prior relevant work experience).
