Roles and responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable machine learning algorithms and workflows.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications primarily written in Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into products.

- Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.

- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and feature engineering.

- Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Requirements Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Take ownership of the engineering infrastructure and ensure its smooth operation.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and employ them to enhance our backend systems.

- Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

- In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

- Strong involvement in managing and maintaining production-level code with high volume API hits and low latency APIs

- Strong knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multithreading concepts, etc

- Strong experience in API development and system integration

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Working knowledge in Linux / Unix environment

- 1 - 2 years of experience working with Python programming

- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for ML.

- Exposure to reinforcement learning, generative models, or adversarial networks is a plus.
