Senior Executive Customer Service

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by handling shipments efficiently.
• Work closely with the pricing team, vendors (transporters, CHA), Co-loaders and overseas offices to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
• Influencing customers by maintaining good relations
• Handle shipments and provide timely and accurate information. Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintaining DSR report and sharing with customers weekly basis or as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Minimum 2-year of experience in customer service and operations in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Role & responsibilities
