Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist preferably from Tea/F&B (Food & Beverage) industry. The position will be based in our office at Kolkata The Kolkata office has a team of 75 people and provides support services to all the companies in the group by taking care of the whole IT, accounting, banking, supply chain, audit and treasury functions of the group. The candidate will have regular multi-functional interactions with team members based in USA.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify optimization opportunities.
• Write and optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to align with SEO best practices and drive organic traffic.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality traffic and maximize conversions.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance through data analysis, keyword targeting, A/B testing, and strategic budget allocation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to target audiences.

Content Marketing:

• Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, website copy, social media captions, and email campaigns.
• Create persuasive marketing copy for promotions, advertisements, and landing pages that resonates with the audience.
• Partner with the design team to ensure all content is visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, and Shopify metrics to monitor and evaluate performance across all channels.
• Track and report on key metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Experience: Minimum 2 years (D2C experience preferred).
