Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an Amazon Marketing Specialist preferably from Tea/F&B (Food & Beverage) industry.. The position will be based in our office at Kolkata The Kolkata office has a team of 75 people and provides support services to all the companies in the group by taking care of the whole IT, accounting, banking, supply chain, audit and treasury functions of the group. The candidate will have regular multi functional interactions with team members based in USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the sellers business through relevant business insights. Build and execute seller level growth plans that cover key business opportunities for the seller and Marketplaces.
• Oversee the relationship with sellers by advocating for their needs within the different marketplaces.
• Establish effective communication pathways with the seller, align expectations appropriately, deliver transparent status updates, and work towards a growth strategy.
• Advise sellers on optimal business operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Examine pertinent data to deliver business insights. Perform in-depth analysis for all marketplaces and showcase data trends regarding the seller’s existing business and potential future opportunities. Release recommendations and action strategies based on the data.
• Collaborate to set ads targets based on margin and sales goals. Contribute to central expertise and knowledge base for Amazon and off-Amazon marketing channels including tools, new ad products and best practices.
• Oversee advertising performance for multiple brands while optimizing advertising spend across the largest brands within category.
• Develop expertise in Amazon solutions and present tailored suggestions. Enhance campaign performance to meet the objectives.
• Should be open to work on different marketplaces and on tools that link the marketplaces.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of E-commerce sales experience
• Experience analysing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
• Strong Amazon knowledge including advertising products and analytical tools.
• Background in a dynamic and highly collaborative organizational environment.
• Keen attention to detail and strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with U.S. brands a plus.
