As a Freelance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups, ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively. You will work closely with our training and development team to deliver specialized training programs tailored to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training sessions on a variety of topics (specific to the field of expertise, e.g., soft skills, technical skills, leadership development, etc.)

Assess the learning needs of participants and adjust training content accordingly.

Create engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, and exercises.

Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to ensure learning goals are being met.

Provide one-on-one or group coaching as needed.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training, instructional design, and adult learning techniques.
