Role Brief:
- We are looking for an energetic & dynamic Senior Creditor Relations Officer who has "Empathy, Passion and Service" as core values imbibed in him/her.
- Incumbent should be diligent, committed and a team collaborator.
- A goal oriented professional and should be able to lead by example while demonstrating and achieving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
- The incumbent will be responsible for building relationship with financial institutions and managing best suited resolution for our customers keeping customer first approach.
- This role needs proficient understanding of debt management and deep negotiating aptitude.
Role description:
- Responsible for cultivating relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Prioritize customer needs, ensuring solutions align with company and FI policies.
- Collaborate with customer service team to address service issues internally and externally.
- Proficient in credit and debt management practices.
- Interact and negotiate with FI representatives.
- Design, implement, and refine the customer journey.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, resolving issues at each touchpoint.
- Develop and maintain customer journey maps to identify improvement areas.
- Create programs to promote good credit habits.
- Provide education and counseling to customers in credit stress.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and sessions on financial management.
- Foster strong relationships with creditors for favorable outcomes.
- Negotiate with creditors to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Implement strategies to assist customers in resolving credit stress.
- Monitor credit profiles for potential risks and take proactive measures.
- Contribute to risk reduction strategies and cross-functional alignment.
Role requirement:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer experience management, financial counseling, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of credit management and default resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
