Designation: Senior Manager/Associate Director.

Role: Finance Controllership.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Monthly book closing: Responsible for ensuring closure of monthly books and all reporting to stakeholders.

- Audit Coordination: Work closely with external auditors during annual audits.

- Account payables: Responsible to ensuring end to end process of account payable, reconciliation with vendors, vendor dispute resolution.

- Procurements of services/goods: Responsible to ensuring end to end process of procurement in line SOPs and policy of the Company with expectation from user function.

- Management Reporting: Develop and maintain management reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial performance and drive improvements and Support cross-functional initiatives.

- Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and implement enhancements.

- Team Management: Lead a team of finance professionals.
