Job Description
- Develop, Modify, Maintain, and retain dept documents like WI, SI, HRIS and Formats.
- Implementation and maintenance of 6S activities at Utility Zones and implement Safety Practices
- Maintain all required documents to meet electrical inspectorate audit for every year by government officers
- Handling and maintain the work Permit Supervise the work activities.
- Ensure that the 1SO14001& 2015 and applicable legal requirements related to EMS are addressed appropriately.
- Ensure closure of audit findings in EMS & QMS
- Ensure the upkeep of the building in terms of cleanliness/hygiene, serviceability of all Building Equipments, Complaints Management to the satisfaction of employees and management.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure 24/7 facility security.
