Key Responsibilities

We are looking for business associates to be the backbone of our business's day-to-day operations, playing the following key roles in the organization.

1. RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

• Research: Finding new brands, identifying market trends, customer preferences and pursue possible leads
• Data analysis: Collect, examine, and interpret data to help with decision making and strategy formation
• Networking: Forming networking opportunities for outreach and sharing information at different platforms and events
• Business strategy: Assist in planning, crafting and executing business strategies

2. SALES & OUTREACH

• Outreach: Passionately pitching and presenting the services to the appropriate desired prospects and existing clients at all times
• Point of contact: Serve as the point of contact for customer relationship management, businesses and clients
• Follow ups: Scheduling regular and timely follow-ups with interested parties
• Project management: Coordinating tasks across teams and manage multiple projects
• Communication: Conducting regular meetings with teams, clients, brands and stakeholders
• Problem Solving: Help solve problems to maintain customer satisfaction and track all sales and report new opportunities to management
